Individuals needing a title due because they are moving out-of-state or due to the sale of a vehicle may apply. Other reasons, will be considered.

Approved requests will be pulled once a week and processed.
If a title was previously received and you need a duplicate title, you need to complete the following form: 1002 Duplicate Title Application

Dealers who need to expedite their title paperwork must contact their dealer representative directly.
